Back Pain
"How To Put An End To Back Pain Without Waiting Forever For A Doctor's Appointment, Taking A Pile Of Pills, Getting Painful Shots, Or Having Dangerous Surgery."
If you're suffering with Back pain, stiffness, or an ache – it's easy to think that it's really nothing, and it will magically go away on its own. Or, you may think you just slept wrong last night, or everyone your age has Back stiffness or spasms.
You may think there's no real reason why the pain is happening, except it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
If Back pain is something that is happening to you, know this: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We hear about Back pain all the time! As a matter of fact, we see and help people with Back Pain every day in our clinic locations in Carlisle, Harrisburg, and Mechanicsburg.
When it comes to dealing with the issue of Back pain, everyone wants to know:
"Why is This Happening to me?"
or
"Why Am I STILL Dealing With This Back Pain After Having It For Months?"
A lot of people think that when they are suffering with Back pain, it will magically go away on its own.
They think that they will wake up and it will be like the Back pain was never an issue at all. But in reality, there they are, 4-6 months later still dealing with that same Back pain and many times it's even worse than when it started.
Does this sound familiar?
Something else we see in our clinics is that someone visits their Doctor's office, the Doctor suggests to rest for a while, writes a prescription for painkillers, and says to "come back if it's not better in 6 weeks." Fast forward 6 weeks, and they are back in the Doctor's office, usually with increased Back pain. The Doctor simply recommends a stronger dosage of pain pills and more rest. This may be the reason why most people just end up "living with" their Back pain.
Has This Happened to You?
Why does Back Pain last longer than it needs to?
It's easy to get confused because there's always someone who has done one thing or another, and they are happy to offer different suggestions to help your Back Pain go away.
Maybe you think that your Back pain was caused by sleeping on it wrong or lifting something too heavy- but in reality, it's caused by year after year of poor posture that has resulted in the muscles in your lower Back becoming weak. The pain from sleeping on it wrong or lifting things is just an EFFECT of that.
If you're not a Back pain expert, it can be tough to navigate and can often get confusing. That's the reason so many people just accept their Back Pain as a way of life, like it's reasonable to be in pain, and it's just the way it is.
Is that how you are feeling?
